A Brief Discussion on the Relationship among the Units Setting Postdoctoral Research Stations, Postdoctoral Fellows, and Cooperative Supervisors

Since the official establishment of China’s postdoctoral system in 1985, has played an important role promoting education along with research and scientific innovation. The also become part China's mechanism to select, educate employ expertise. However, its vigorous development, problems do exist management this system, such as unclear rights responsibilities, ambiguous positioning, difficulty training while employing talents, etc. Clarification is needed for relationship among postdoctoral, institutes where stations are set up cooperative supervisors.
